  • How does Solodome connect with my devices (phone, TV, etc.)?

    • Solodome connects to your phone or smart TV via Bluetooth (same as Airpods). Additionally, it has a 3.5mm audio plug in the back to connect to other audio sources.

  • Are Solodome chairs compatible with gaming consoles and PCs?

    • Yes. Solodome chairs can connect to gaming consoles using the provided audio input options. You can enjoy immersive audio if you're gaming on a PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or other gaming platforms.

  • Where is Solodome manufactured?

    • Solodome proudly manufactures its products in Chatsworth, California, USA.  While it may contain some limited overseas parts, the core product is made in the USA.

  • How much is domestic shipping?

    • Shipping is free in the contiguous United States.

  • How is Solodome shipped?

    • Your Solodome will arrive by freight carrier (in a large truck) on a pallet with a box like a large appliance. We use packing material to secure everything during transit and will continue to source environmental alternatives.

    SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON AUDIO CHAIR SHIPMENTS:

    All Solodome Audio Chair parcels are shipped with a mandatory signature requirement for added protection. While customers can request a waiver of the signature during checkout, this implies that the purchaser assumes full responsibility for any potential damage or loss.

    UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:

    In the event of a shipment being returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer's unavailability to sign, or refusal of delivery, Solodome Inc. will issue a refund for the full purchase price, deducting all incurred shipping costs (both outbound and return).

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    • Yes. Please contact us directly to inquire about international shipping options, associated costs and logistics. We currently ship everywhere except Russia and India. While we don’t have control of customs pricing, we try to keep shipments as affordable as possible. info@solodome.com

  • How big is the box?

    • The approximate weight of a Solodome chair is 100 lbs, and the dimensions are 32x38x51. The size of the delivery box is larger and may vary slightly based on the packaging.

  • Will it fit through my door?

    • The chair is designed to fit through a typical 36-inch home door.

  • What kind of warranty or support is provided with a Solodome purchase?

    • Each chair comes with a 1-year limited warranty. We also provide some repair services for Solodome chairs to ensure they continue to deliver exceptional performance. Contact our support team for assistance with maintenance or repairs.

  • Can I finance the purchase of a Solodome chair?

    • Yes, we offer financing options for Solodome purchases. Contact us at info@solodome.com for finance options.

  • Is assembly required for a Solodome chair?

    • Solodome chairs are delivered partially assembled. Some minor assembly may be required, and detailed assembly instructions will be provided with your purchase.

  • What is the return policy for Solodome chairs?

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solodome purchase. We allow for returns initiated within 30 days of delivery. Contact info@solodome.com. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

  • Can I replace or reupholster my Solodome interior?

    • We offer replacement interior panels that can be easily installed at home. No need to move the chair. Contact info@solodome.com.
