Your Solodome will arrive by freight carrier (in a large truck) on a pallet with a box like a large appliance. We use packing material to secure everything during transit and will continue to source environmental alternatives.

All Solodome Audio Chair parcels are shipped with a mandatory signature requirement for added protection. While customers can request a waiver of the signature during checkout, this implies that the purchaser assumes full responsibility for any potential damage or loss.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:
In the event of a shipment being returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer's unavailability to sign, or refusal of delivery, Solodome Inc. will issue a refund for the full purchase price, deducting all incurred shipping costs (both outbound and return).
